Has anyone else not gotten items from the arcade shop?

I purchased the Vise ward skin with the few tokens I had and though the icon I bought appeared and both items say "Owned" in shop the ward skin has yet to appear. I bought both before the event ended obviously and I submitted a request ticket for help a little while ago. I saw that others had a similar issue with the arcade Lucian skin, is there anyone else having problems with wards or other character skins too? I don't even want my tokens I just want my cute ward. Is this a bug? I'm not sure.
