HELP

It doesn't happen often, but every once in a while in the new dynamic queue, I will have a champion selected and when its my turn to pick I can not lock in, can not pick another champion, and then I just get kicked out of the lobby and have to wait five minutes, happens just enough to keep the timer going up and its pretty frustrating to deal with leaver buster when I am actively trying to play the game.
