(Client-Chat) Broken

Whilst messaging friends on the private chat, the messages shown are not in order.

#1 - person 1 #2 - person 2

Chat order (logical working order) #1 - hello #2 - hello #1 - how are you? #2- I am fine, how about you? #1 - I am doing great!

However what seems to happen since patch 6.1 is this

Chat order (broken since 6.1) #1 - hello #1 - how are you? #1 - I am doing great! #2 - hello #2 - I am fine, how about you?

As you can see from that example, from the POV for #1 - always sees their messages ''above'' #2.

I have asked many friends on my friend list if it is happening on their client and apparently it is too. Re-creating the bug? No idea
