[CRASH] Game crash after key fragment

So I have this bug that is very frustrating where every time that I have earnt a key fragment after a game, my LoL client would crash

The main reason I am very annoyed by it is because when I would relog back into LoL, I lose the key fragment I have earnt

This is the first time im experiencing my LoL client crashing, I don't have any videos/screenshots but I will make sure I do when a key fragment drops agian

I am not sure if im doing something wrong or if its an easy fix but a solution or something would be nice.
