played a game as fizz against an annie where about 3 times she was able to stun me while i was in the middle of E. It seemed that anytime she through it while i was on my pole, i was stunned. I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen.
Are you sure you weren't stunned during the initial cast animation of your E?
Since CC doesn't stop cast animations, you would still jump onto your pole while stunned if you cast it before hand.
That happens with her W and R because the spells find the target on cast not on hit . Rito did say it will be fixed in the mage update .
