Beta Client Sound Affect Bug

During the pick and ban phase, the character ban sound and character message are not affected by the sound settings. So if I put the sound settings all at 25% this effect comes through still at 100%.

If you guys use OOP classes I wonder how that single line is not an instance of the sound class.
