[GAMEPLAY] Mordekaiser ghost targons

Hi, me and a mate per messing around in a custom bot game (on the oce servers if that relevant at all) to see if mord had any fun interactions with the new dragons (he doesn't), my first item was targons. Once I hit 6 and ulted (I think it was Lucian first) after the fight (and acquisition of his ghost) I hit a minon with targons up, no other allied team nearby and the targons proc'd and the particle flew to the ghost. Not being sure if I saw it correct I acquired more ghosts to test. On 2 additional tests with ghost it does proc and the particle defiantly fly's to mordekaisers ult ghost. This does NOT happen when he has a dragon inslaved with his ult. The proc is not (from what I could tell at least) give mord the targon stack gold and the minion gold, but I'm not 100% sure as I found it hard to discern with gold jump from the minion kill, which leaves either that the enemy champ is getting targons gold from mord, or that the stack is being consumed by the void. None of these outcomes seemed like they were intended so I thought I'd bring it up here.
