not entering game after champion select (SKIP waiting for stats)

Alright i'm totally done with this bug. I've encoutered this issue several times already causing me to be placed in a lower priority queue. So the problem is relatively simple: Everything is fine until champion select is over. When it's time to enter the rift my game decided to go to the 'skip waiting for stats' screen. I encounter this every time my lower priority queue ends so i'm basically stuck in a loop. RIOT HELP PLEASE THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING.[sg-shisa]
