CLIENT - Cannot invite people to clubs

Hello,

I've been trying to invite someone to a club, and on the beta client I just get a pop-up that says "OK"

I tried logging in the legacy client to invite, and now I get a window that says I can't invite said person until they have played a game.

I don't know what it could be, but Ive been trying for days and I still can't do it.
