Creating a new mastery page does not work in new draft

Was playing a draft game with my friends and when I tried to create a new mastery page it would not allow me to save. Or seemingly would not let me save.

I created a new page and it would not show up on the list.

This happened while someone dodged a previous queue so I'm not sure if that triggers it or not but that's something to look out for.
