Vi Unable to Preform Ability after Silence by soraka

While Vi is in mid ability and Soraka uses Her silencing ability, Vi will no longer be able to Use the Ability unless she Leaves the game

Both times this happened to me were during team fights. I used Vault Breaker As Vi, and Soraka used Equinox while i was mid ability charging it up, then after being silenced i was no longer able to use Vault breaker with my Key or by clicking the ability.

1. player one as Vi, player two as Soraka.
2. Vi charges up Vault Breaker and while being charged Player Two uses Equinox on Vi
3. After the silence runs out, Vi should no longer be able to use Vault breaker

Vi Set up Giant's Belt, The brutalizer, Randuin's Omen, Boots of speed, Phage, And a Chain Vest

Soraka Set up Talisman of ascension, Kindlegem, sightstone, sorcerer's Shoes, and Morellonomicon
