Queue dodge timer even though it wasn't me that queue dodged!

Something weird happening during champion select with my client. I had picked Ashe and then started picking my summoning skills. The message that someone left the game appeared and then I noticed I had a queue dodge timer.

After waiting 10 minutes after 3-4 failed games because of queue dodgers! I get a queue dodge timer for another queue dodger? Something buggy is definitely going on here.

Anyone else observe the same problem? It's annoying to wait so long because of queue dodgers to end up with a queue dodge timer myself without even dodging!
