[CRASH] Login screen not opening (windows 10)

edit:sorry the title should be [client] On windows 7 league of legends worked perfectly. A week ago I upgraded to windows 10. Ever since the league of legends login screen doesnt open but league of legends is still on when i look in task manager. I have tried using the windows troubleshooter but that doesnt work, I left it on for 8 hours to check if it was just slow but it still didnt load. I have re downloaded the game twice but its still broken. Here is a step by step example of what happens:

1. I click league of legends to load it up
2. I click launch
3. The login screen never opens

If someone could tell me how to fix this that would be very helpful and appreciated.

1. Delete everything inside the following folders, do not delete the listed folder itself C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\downloads
   C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\solutions

2. Go to the following path C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects Delete the following folders lol_air_client lol_air_client_config_na

3. Restart the computer

4. Run as administrator
