{GAMEPLAY}Azir's soldiers often do not attack or do damage with Q

Just played a game as Azir , and sometimes i found that after launching my Q towards an enemy, and immediately having the soldiers attack, they would not do any damage with the q and the attack even if the Q and attack seemed to register, with the Q attack animations and sounds effect in all. i also found that if the soldier is inside terrain then he will not attack also, which is very annoying. Not sure if the terrain bit is supposed to happen but both of these were quite annoying to lane with against a kat.

To reproduce:

1. Have an enemy champion
2. play azir, and summon a soldier
3. launch the soldier into the enemy with Q, then attack with the soldier

To reproduce the terrain bit:

1. have an enemy champion standing next to a wall
2. play azir, and launch the soldier partly into the wall, but still in tange of the champion
3. attack the champion (if you can)
