Promo series

I am in promos to go from Bronze 1 to Silver 5. I am currently 2-1 in that series, but in my last game (which I won) the servers bugged out. That game made me 2-1. However, it counted it as a win and loss for some reason so my series says I'm 2-2... that obviously put me at a much greater chance of losing my series and it hurts my overall record. How can I get this corrected?

If you look at my match history it only shows the one loss, so it is only showing two losses on my series record.
