[GAMEPLAY] Summoner spell issue

I don't know why or how it happened nor do I have any images of it but earlier I went to Team Builder as Zed with my usual and and I know that I had them while waiting for the rest of the roles to be filled up. The thing is that when the match started and I was checking the spells and everything for the opponents, I noticed that I had instead of ignite. At first I thought that I might have accidentally switched it to heal while waiting but after the match ended and I was heading to TB again I had Ignite as if it was the last spell I used. I made sure to select Ignite and Flash again just to be sure and after the next match started it was Ignite and Flash instead of Heal and Flash like in the previous match. I don't know how this happened or if would happen again but I wanted to report it just to be sure.
