blitz pull

I don't know if anyone else has noticed this but in season 6, a lot of teamates and I have agreed that blitz pulls are going through minions. I know that a blitzcrank pull is not supposed to go through an enemy minion but I have been pulled through a friendly minion more than a few times this season.
