[Client] Can't select a skin that was gifted to you unless you relog

My friends and I exchange skins as gifts pretty regularly. Almost without fail, if you open your gifted skin, get into the queue, and then try to set the gifted skin to use it in the match, it will not let you select the skin. The client recognizes that you own the skin, but will not let you select it. I think the error it gives is "failed to select skin" or something along those lines.

Pretty much the only way to avoid this is to re-log before queuing up for a game. It usually works then. Overall, this is an annoying bug, but not game breaking. Should be pretty easily reproduced just by having two people online, one gifts the other a skin, that person opens the skin, then tries to queue up for a game and select that skin.
