Store says I don't have enough IP

I have 6400 IP and when I hover over a champ and click on it to buy it, it says not enough ip for 6300 Champs. It shows that I can buy 400 IP Champs though...

I am having the same issue and when I re-login I have about 300 IP less but after I play a game I have the the previous amount from before. Last match I got 64 IP went from 1749 to 1813. I tried to buy a champion shard and it said I didn't have enough so I re-logged and I went down to 1579.
