Hextech carfting gonna lead us to spend more money !!!!

First of all I don't wanna sound selfish neither stupid. Thanks Riot for making this reality and giving us a chance to get free skins at least one in like 2 months. But i just have read this riot member announcement at someone's discussion. Hey all,

Just want to help clarify some things about key drop rates:

Key drop rates are NOT linear and only wins have a chance of dropping a key. So you will earn key fragments much faster in your earlier wins than you will in your later wins. Or said another way, each incremental key fragment drop is harder than the last (on average... there is variance). This resets on a monthly basis for each player individually. The goal is to create a nice ebb and flow.

Grade does NOT impact key drop chance.

Premades DO increase drop chance.

Chests earned has no impact on key drop chance.

There is variance and randomness (with limits). It's unlikely that what happened to your friend will happen to you.

So I did win a lot normal games , a lot ranked games and I played with 5 premades to 1. And for past week I didn't get any drop. Em what i came up is that we will get case every week and we will buy key in order to open it. Why ?? probably cuz after 10 opens we will do with free keys we will not receive any more keys cuz key drop rate will be so low that prob after 100 wins we will get 1 key fragment. This all discussion isn't about blaming Riot or someone else it's for people who expect free things and for those who are crying that they will not receive key fragments. After all buying key for 125 isn't that bad so i guess buy 2-3 keys in every month is possible for every league player :) My regards fellow players good luck to everyone . Peace !!!!!!
