Reksai pool party skin

hey now i just bought reksai new pool party skin and when i recall at the start of the game in the base it totally ok and it does recall the new skin recall animation but when i recall in any other place on the map after few minutes in the gameplay the recall isnt complete he only turns around the frog and instead of jumping he borrows as if i recalled while borrowed its really annoying to see that bug

Sorry, I don't understand this 100%. So, at the start of the game, your recall animation goes through, but later on in the game, it doesn't? Does the animation freeze, or do you just recall before the animation is complete?
