Cannot connect to chat?

Just got on after the big 4.20 rework and I cannot connect to the chat! Wondering if I am the only one and it is my computer or a server issue?

Server. I'm in a game currently, unable to connect to chat. Getting trolled right now as I've got 1st pick, locked in jungler, and someone else late picks shaco jungle. No comm is avail.

User Razer Game Booster! It literally INSTANTLY solved my problem. Rito might mess up a lot, but 3rd parties are beautiful. :)
