[GAMEPLAY] Leona's ''Zenith Blade (E)'' does not dash when tip touches enemy champion

In the two games I've played Leona in the past two days, I've noticed that on several occasions that the tip of my ''E'' would connect but my Leona would not dash to the enemy champion. My friend and I both realised it when you could see the small animation/effect of the ''E'' connecting to the enemy champion but the dash not following up.

I've tried reproducting it with a bot in a custom game but without succes, I didn't experience what I would qualify as ''the bug''.
