I wasnt sure if this is me not understanding or an actual bug, but i was in an ARAM with 
, and all of my picked up summoners and actives would work as intended except when i picked up 
snowball and threw it, it would go straight to an 80second cooldown. I would have to sit there and wait it wouldnt even give me the option to dash to the target hit with the .
