Cant load into the loading screen.

As the title says i cannot seem to load into the loading screen, i log into league of legends and try to go into a normal draft pick and queue up. then after we select our champions and the timer hits zero i am stuck at the league client with the reconnect button in the middle of the screen and pressing reconnect does nothing. I have tried restarting my client and restarting my computer when this happens, but it achieves nothing. Also when the game ends/remakes it still says i am in the match and it wont let me leave the reconnect button screen unless i restart my client.

     I have not tried more then 2 games cause i am afraid of getting leaver buster. Does anyone else have this problem?

P.S sorry for poor grammar. EDIT: i have uninstalled and reinstalled league of legends and it seemed to have worked for the first 2 games but the game after, it happened again, however this time when i restarted my PC and it let me into the loading screen. We still remaked the game cause the 4 votes was cast before i could connect. I am now in low prio queue
