[GAMEPLAY] Spell sheild does not block skill damage

I was playing Sivir and i blocked Ezreals mystic shot ability, but i still took the damage even though i got the mana refunded. One of my buddies experienced a similar thing when he blocked nasus' siphon strike, and recieved refunded mana but still took the damage. This may be due to the recent change to spellsheild that would block even auto attack damage (patch notes 5.3) and may be an unintended side effect. Please look into this.
