Pool Party Rek'sai

Anyone know why I can't unlock my pool party rek'sai skin through the crafting? The upgrade option is just grayed out, I own the champ and I have enough essence. I check all my other epic skin shards and I can upgrade them for the 1050 orange essence, but for some reason just not the pool party rek'sai.
