I've noticed this bug has lasted a while, i thought it might have had something to do with the new season just coming out but this bug is still occurring. whenever i have tried to look at my ranked stats or anyone else's stats the button is just grayed out and I am unable view them.

That has been fully resolved.

You don't even need "see more stats" to get that kind of proof. Go to Match History, or search your Match History up on the LoL website if it's already been pushed off, click on the match where you got the quad, click View on the Web, switch to Statistics, and it'll be listed there under Largest Multi-Kill.

MarbleWolf2 votesGo to na.op.gg and search ur summoner name. If it is recent enough it will give proof of the quad. If it's not there try going to a specific queue. Were u in ranked or normals? select that queue in na.op.gg and it might still be there.
