LOL Client Match Accepted Glitch

So this happened. I'm in low priority queue (Which is fine, I left a few matches and deserve it), and when I clicked accept match it hung for like a minute or so, in my 4 years of playing league it's never hung that long (usually it only takes a few seconds for a match to cancel out if someone declines/fails to accept), which makes me believe its a bug. I don't mind waiting the 20m penalty, but when I wait and then it glitches it's frustrating to have to wait a total of 40 minutes for one game. It also said I declined the ready check despite saying I had accepted the match.
