I have played the LOL many years - some time ago - about a year ago. I stopped getting chests for S- or greater, and i never get lev 7 mastery fragments any more. I have 60 forged keys and absloutely nothing to use them for. I tried to report the issue but never get any respons. Any have the same problem?
S- dosnt give level 7 tokens. Not sure if you are thinking it does, or if you just dont earn them even if you get an S or an S+
How many champions do you own? On ChampionMasteryLookup it says that you only own 36 and have only gotten chests on 3 of them. When comparing it to your match history it seems to be right, and if that is the case you need to play different champions.
Each champion is limited to one chest per competitive season, if you've already gotten an S on Volibear you won't be able to get another chest with him until the next season. Go to your profile and look at the champions you own, there's an icon in the top left that shows if you've earned a chest with them already.
