I GOT BANNED

Ok, so I always load quickly into a game until today. i try to play a game and i get in. the game begins to load like normal, after, the game stops loading and gets stuck at 75 percent. I made sure my wifi was ok and check if other applications are loading because it just stays at 75. i waited for 5 minutes and then i get banned and lose lp. what is this?
