Mejia's Soulstealer, HUD Bug, and Masteries Bug

Three little bugs I found:

Mejia's Soulstealer is the same color as its stack counter, so its unreadable and impossible to see how many stacks you have. While on the subject, can you add the exact amount of AP you are getting in the tooltip?

There's a weird blue streak in the top left corner of the HUD, it's pointless and doesnt affect anything at all but I thought I should point it out. My settings are at very low quality so that might be a factor.

When picking a Masteries page in champion select, the scroll down menu is buggy and dissapears when you try to scroll. I've played several games with the wrong masteries because of this.
