ranked (flex)

DEAr riot i read that there have bin a bug in flex. now i havent played ranked in 1year (lack of time ) so i started a few days ago and got placed in bronze 2 ,,, well lets clime the ladder ! now after the bug (fix) i got placed in Bronze 5 well its shit elo but this is more shit :D plz fix it.
