Clash logos still not unlocking

I unlocked the pool party, star guardian, and ward team logos, but when I go to change the logos, they're all locked. I am the team captain and for some reason only the logos for one of our team members will show as unlocked??

I also have this issue I unlocked dark star thresh logo from last nights clash and it is showing up as locked in the client.
