Confused?

So this happened before with my chest openings i bought keys and chests and unlocked pumpkin head fiddle sticks, Okay i checked and i never received the skin even though i unlocked it. Today same thing happened i unlocked the skin "Deep One" Kassadin but it doesnt show up as a owned skin what do i do and how do i get my skins????
