[GAMEPLAY] Nocturne Spell Shield Duration

When I play Nocturne his W ability, the spell shield, is bugged where sometimes it activates immediately without any enemy spell and sometimes it works as intended.

1. Level up W on Nocturne.
2. Activate W on the way to the jungle or whatever where there is no way for an enemy ability to hit you.
3. See your W activate immediately most of the time. I would say the percentage of reproduction would be about 70%.
