Lost placement games due to game bug

I have just lost one of my placement games due to riot updating league and being unable to load the game as it consistently crashes over and over. I have restarted and reinstalled the game twice but to no avail. This is completely unacceptable to not even have a waning or to disable ranked if you know there are issues occurring with the client. Riot I would like to request that you wipe my last ranked game and update me when you have fixed this issue. Regards, Archer

Unless u can somehow prove (and probabl not even then) that problem is on their side and not on your side, why would they even consider doing it?

They won't fix it. i had the same problem last season. They were saying sorry we can't, but since you were good enough to get into the placements you can again. They trolled me so hard.
