Tiamat looking proc on multiple champions

I do not know how to recreate the visual bug, but it keeps happening. I tweeted to riot support on twitter and they told me to come put it here. I saw it in my game once, and I thought it was just something once happening, big whoop. This has been happening for a few weeks now.

That's item 3143 not item 3077 .

nah, bc it also happens on champs who dont have randuins.

Well in the LCS game and the screen shot of the lee they both had item 3143 (Lee sold his items after and bought item 3070 though). So I will say it again, that animation is and not item 3077 .
