Syndra's skin

Hello there, nice to meet you! I was about to decide which champion to buy and I saw . When I clicked on her, I was checking her abilities, stats and ofc skins. I found this skin which got my attention, not because I wanted to buy it, but because it's unavailable. I was wondering, why would skin even be showed on list if it's unavailable, so I thought I would report this to someone because it might be a bug or a mistake. Rest of the skins(2) says it requires champion, but only for this Queen of Diamonds says it's unavailable. I added file for you to check how it looks. To be honest, Riot always announces when they upload new skins and I've never seen announce for this one, so yeah...
