[Gameplay]Bug on new client

I was in a blind pick champ selection. So I picked the new champion xayah and someone from my team picked her as well somehow. On the screen it appears two xayahs. When the count down finished, I got kicked out of the room for leaving during champ selection which I never did and got blocked from going into another queue.
