HELP i got the biggest bug ever with the ranking system

i got chat and rank restriction and it always come back even when i did write in the chat!! after the last restriction i didnt said anything in the chat or afk and still got banned! please remove this restriction its not fair and everyone is starting to get this ban i look at the forums please just fix this its not fair to everyone and remove my restriction
