Game Flickers Black Screen switch's between loading mess's up resolution options on my dual monitors

Hello Riot Games.

When I go to start a game, after champion select, the game black screens as usual to full screen mode. This is where something goes wrong, then it black screens from loading screen to black screen, then to desktop, then back to black screen, it seems to alternate between all screens then it actually blue screens my entire system and I have to reboot.

When this happens, it alters my screens resolutions over and over again until my system can't handle it and I get a Blue screen of death.

When I play any other game on my computer I get no Blue screen its just league.

I am on an AMD PC.

p.s. Game is currently unplayable for me since this patch. tbh if this isn't fixed I think I might just go over to DOTA.
