Can't earn blue essences .
Hello , for a while now I haven't been able to raise blue essences anymore . I am stuck in 4033 and it does not increase regardless I win games or even level up bonus . Someone PLease help me fix this .

when you level up you get a container you open the container and it will have champion shards in it disenchant them for be
Looks like someone hasn't been reading patch notes.
