Bans and champ select

If a player doesn't select a ban in time or intentionally passes on a ban when it comes to that player's opportunity to select a champ they get no notification that it is their turn to pick. Even when told in team chat they have no ability to select a champ. This causes them to dodge. This can be really detrimental for a variety of reasons including the temp ban and loss of LP or auto loss for promos. Seems like a pretty serious issue for ranked matches. I've seen it in three games already since the 4.20 patch went live.
