Unable to purchase skin and/or champions.

Today I was playing some league and decided to look at some champions and skins in the shop. When I was looking I noticed a bug where the price of the champion for RP and IP where both labeled as "??". I proceeded to try to purchase a champion but i couldn't because it was "unavailable". Then looked at the boards to see if this was due to the bugs with the servers or whatever it was going on the past couple of days. After finding nothing about it on the internet I tried the classic "turning it off and on again" (I mean closing and re-opening the league program) which worked. obviously it's not a game breaking thing but I just wanted to make Riot or whoever aware of such a thing, to possibly work on if not busy with much more important work.
