Unable to launch game

I click to start up league of legends, it comes up with the LoL patcher, i click launch, the ding noise plays......... then nothing. The loggin screen never comes ups for me to log into the game. No error, no popup, nothing. My task manager sees the LoL patcher, but once i hit launch it doesnt see league as running. This issue just started this morning.

Edit: uninstalled and started from scratch. still annoyed but issue resolved.
