[GAMEPLAY] Seeker's Armguard not stacking from Promote

Seeker's Armguard does not stack from promoted minions kills. When a promoted minion kills another minion, the player that promoted the minion gets gold and their cs count goes up by one, so you would think that you would get an armguard stack from these kills as well, but no stacks are granted.
