The Tunnel leading to nowhere [GAMEPLAY BUG]

So i was playing Rek'sai and then something weird happened. I'm not even sure if i ever made this tunnel, but this tunnel was by outer Dragon pit on the Red side jungle of the bottom team. This tilted me. It lead no where, whenever i entered it it lead nowhere. The enemies couldn't even clear it. However, it lead to an unfair advantage to me as i could still ult to it. It wouldn't disappear from time either.
