Gangplank keyboard bug

When I started my game as Gangplank I noticed that I couldn't activate my 'q' I then realized I could use anything that used a key to press for the rest of the game I had to manually click the abilities that I wanted to use and it made it extremely hard to play. I know it was not a problem with my keyboard because I could still type in chat and tell people what was wrong. I tried turning on quick cast to see if that helped and it did not. I do not want anybody to lose another game because of this bug and it made my teammates relatively upset. I hope this can be addressed immediately.
