Xerath E Bug [GAMEPLAY]
When Xerath attempts to stun a Skarner with his E as Skarner is beginning his ultimate, Skarner does not get stunned. It is 100% reproducible with correct timing.

Im not sure, but when skarner cast his ult, he and his target get rooted for ~0,25 sec which is not far way from the 0,5sec stun from lowrange E, so he might be stunned, but the ult will not be canceled(can be cancel but not by the stun). So i think its like hecas ult, you can cc him while hes charging, but the cc wears of at the time he lands at the target position(or only gets minicced). But im not sure doh.
